Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract: 12 months
Start Date: Ongoing
Salary:- €1,358 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)
- Or €1,620 gross/month if you arrange your own housing
Role Overview
Join our Lisbon-based team as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their order journey—from delivery management and payment issues to returns and refunds. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with order-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Manage deliveries, returns, payment issues, refunds, and order updates
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with PCI and GDPR regulations
- Liaise with couriers, financial institutions, and internal departments
- Identify, assess, and escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain high service quality standards and meet individual/team KPIs
- Follow project guidelines and leverage internal knowledge base for solutions
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish
- Proficient in English (C1 level) – written and spoken
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Previous experience in back-office, SAP, or order management is a plus
Working Hours
- 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break)
- Rotating shifts between 07:00–24:00, Monday to Sunday
- Overtime may be required depending on workload
