Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Malaga, Spain
Contract: Full-time (39 hours/week)
Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500/year)Signing Bonus: €1,500 gross

Your Role
Join a dynamic customer service team representing a major international hotel chain. Your primary mission:
- Handle incoming calls from Dutch-speaking customers.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
- Close reservations and support booking-related inquiries.
- Drive customer satisfaction while applying a commercial mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (native level)
- Strong communication skills
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience
- A commercial mindset — you’re not just helping, you’re also selling
- Availability to work shifts between 08:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday (including alternating weekends)
