Description

Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece (Remote after training)
Salary: Gross basic €1,300/month (14 salaries per year) + performance bonus up to €150/month

Join a world-renowned brand specializing in vacuums and household products. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support for sales, aftersales, products, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from retail customers regarding:
    • Sales: Assisting with purchases and product recommendations.
    • Aftersales: Resolving issues post-purchase.
    • Product Enquiries: Providing detailed product information.
    • Delivery Questions: Addressing and resolving delivery-related queries.
  • Utilize multiple internet-based applications and a virtual desktop to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the client as needed
