Salary: €1250 gross per month + up to 10% performance bonus + €100 per month UP Hellas + private medical insurance

Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a leading bank, offering a competitive salary, bonuses, and the chance to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients of the bank.
• Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency:
• German: C1 level minimum
• English: B1 level minimum
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Work Conditions:

• Hours: 24/7 rota based
• Location:
• Work from the office in Athens (relocation assistance available).
• Remote work option anywhere within Greece.
