Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Office based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Salary: €1040 per month + free accommodation + flight reimbursement.
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a client who specialises in food deliveries, car sharing and transportation services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Previous experience in customer service and/ or content moderation is a plus
Duties:
- Content Reviewing: Ensuring all content aligns with community guidelines
- Sensitive Content Handling: Classifying and removing content as per client's criteria
- Escalation Procedures: Making timely escalations for issues needing higher management attention
- Confidentiality: Following corporate policies for information security
- Continuous Training: Engaging in training programs for role proficiency
- Performance Compliance: Meeting defined performance indicators
- Outbound Calls: Contacting drivers and customers for investigation purposes
Compensation/ Relocation Package:
- Offering a gross salary of up to €1040 per month
- Free accommodation for the entire contract duration
- Flight reimbursement
