Description

Home based Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Advisors - 3 month trial period

Remote anywhere in Portugal

Gross Basic Salary €22,200 per year + meal allowance + benefits

 

Job Duties

Assisting customers with any issue during and after their order.

Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.

Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.

Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).

Candidates must work remotely only in Portugal.
