German Speaking Team Leader
Amsterdam, The Netherlands - Remote based initially
€37,000-40,000 per year
Due to expansion our client is recruiting for German Speaking Team Leaders to be based anywhere in the Netherlands with a view to working from the office in Amsterdam when safe to do so.
Job duties
Lead the team of German speaking customer service agents, involved in the continual development of the team to maximise customer service.
Hands on role at peak times involved in taking customer calls.
Recruiting customer service agents and carry out appraisals of staff on an ongoing basis.
To ensure the team works toward individual and team targets and KPIs.
Experience required
Fluent German and English.
Good IT knowledge.
At least 2 years Team Lead and coaching experience in a call centre environment.
Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
Problem-solving skills to take the initiative and develop your knowledge.
