Digital Marketing Trainer – Call Centre – initially 11 month contract
Dublin, Ireland
€33,096 + bonus up to €400 a month = OTE €37,890
Overview
We are looking for a passionate Trainer willing to share his knowledge and train others to become Digital Marketing Technical Specialists. The Trainer should be aware of the latest online marketing and technological developments and ensure that others are too and will be responsible for ensuring that our Specialists and Team Leaders are trained to the highest standards. Based on training needs analysis, the Trainer will develop effective material and efficient training plans that will drive performance across several markets’ KPIs.
Job Duties
- Motivate, involve and create the best team spirit among the Trainees;
- Be a product expert providing training to all roles of the project in the way that will benefit the end client through increased profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Plan, develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and in conjunction with new product launches, features etc.;
- Ensure product training is clearly defined, documented and delivered which lead to improved performance;
- Track and measure training results and elaborating reports to the Operations Manager and Client;
- Work side by side with the Specialists and Team Leaders providing constant performance improvement’s coaching.
Experience Required
- Excellent English language skills (C1/C2);
- Experience as a Trainer in the Digital Marketing area;
- Google Ads certifications and strong experience working with it;
- Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills;
- Good interpersonal, team work and time management skills;
- Data driven and autonomy;
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Candidates should already live within a commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.
