€60,770 + bonus up to €600 per month = OTE €67,970
Overview
The Operations Manager is a floor manager, taking immediate management decisions on the contact center floor to drive the KPIs. You will coordinate a team of Team Leaders, being responsible for their motivation, training and development. You will report to the Account Manager/Service Delivery Manager and interact with the corporate client to report the team’s results.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Job Duties
- Manage a team of Supervisors Team Leaders, monitor their performance, work on their development and provide them with training and support;
- Analyze and report main results and KPIs to the Account Manager and to the client;
- Identify potential risks and opportunities of improvement
- Ensure the correct implementation of the standard processes and procedures.
Experience Required
- Experience managing Team Leaders’ teams;
- Strong experience of people management;
- Experience in the BPO industry;
- Achievement and customer oriented;
- Problem solving and team work skills;
- Fluency in English (minimum C1);
- Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus
- The Ops Manager needs to have experience in BPO and in managing TLs and CSRs. Experience in a tech project is a plus.
- Candidates should already live in a commutable distance from Dublin City Centre.
