Digital Marketing Team Leader – 11 month contract initially
Dublin, Ireland
€43,188 per year + bonus (up to €500 a month) = OTE €49,188
Overview
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader willing to coach and guide a young and highly motivated team of Digital Marketing Technical Specialists. As a Supervisor this person will be the link to our client’s success, leading a team of approximately 15 Specialists in charge of their client’s technical support/troubleshooting and ensuring that clients expectations are met.
The Team Leader / Supervisor should be a true inspiration for the team, being responsible for the team’s success and continuous improvement, assuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.
Job Duties
- Motivate, involve and create the best team spirit among the team;
- Ensure the team’s development, training and evaluation focused on the accomplishment of the KPIs;
- Develop strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer satisfaction;
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts;
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
- Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals;
- Develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Fluency in English (minimum C1);
- Proven team management experience in a client’s support environment (minimum 1 year);
- Need to have experience managing CSRs and in BPO projects. Experience in a tech project is a plus.
- Experience managing and reporting to the client;
- Dynamic, autonomous proactive and data driven;
- A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills;
- Affinity with technology;
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment;
- Availability to work between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Candidates should already live in commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.
