Project Coordinator - IT

Project Coordinator -  12 month contract initially

€26,000 per year

Responsibilities:

● Work with Activation strategists to develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly newsletters

● Optimize self service content across the Cloud.

● Work with leads to build an approvals and escalation process for self service models

● Co-Develop and oversee and execute plan for internal communities across Google Meet, the Cloud, and

other channels

Minimum Qualifications

● 2-4 years of Content Creation or Curation experience

● 1-3 years of Community Management experience

● Experience in project management.

● Knowledge of mature and emerging platforms for content production, publishing and distribution (e.g.

experiential content creation platforms, podcasts, newsletters, social, etc).

● Experience working under daily deadline pressure.

● A strong work ethic with the ability to manage competing priorities/strategies and operate in a

fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

● Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills that can create consensus from diverse

perspectives.

● Ability to comfortably operate in ambiguity while managing multiple projects to completion

● Strong work ethic and commitment to learning
