Contract Manager - IT Enterprise background
Lisbon, Portugal
€35,000 per year – 12 month contract
Job Duties
● Liaising with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
● Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, pricing sheets, customer contractual information sheets, audit reports, status reports, third-party product certifications, monthly reporting, and other documents.
● Build stakeholder relationships with new teams and maintain collaborative engagement across multiple organizations and establish expectations and rationale on deliverables.
● Manage order flow, billing and invoicing inquiries (monthly reporting), from start to completion, to meet contractual obligations.
Minimum qualifications:
● Experience in contract and program management in cloud computing or technology ie Saas.
Must have enterprise experience.
● Ability to speak and write in English.
● Experience in the business technology market as a Senior Contracts Manager, in SaaS, cloud computing, and/or emerging technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience with public sector framework agreements.
.● Cross-functional experience across engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields.
