Cloud Customer Success Account Management
Vendor Support
Lisbon, Portugal
€35,000 per year – 12 month contract
Project Description:
The Cloud Customer Success team is responsible for orchestrating customers’ journey through the cloud and managing the overall post-sale account management process.
The Cloud Customer Success Account Management Vendor Support initiative is designed to provide focused support to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) working with Cloud’s largest and most complex commit accounts.
The overall objective is to enable CSMs to better serve customers by supporting their operational and program management needs.
Candidates must have Cloud and SaaS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Support: Work with CSMs to develop client-facing and internal-facing deliverables (e.g., slide presentation development, basic account research).
● Reporting Support: Basic to intermediate level aggregation and synthesis of core performance data for accounts for use in customer-facing and internal reports.
● Account Program Management: Partner with CSMs to coordinate the overall account team process (e.g., internal account meeting cadences, internal program management, coordinating responses to customer issues, account team and customer communications support)
● Data & Tools Support: Contribute to creating a consistent and trusted view of the account by working with the CSM to reconcile reporting systems and triangulating information to create a clear view of the customer
Must Have Skills:
- 5 years of project / program management experience with strong Cloud and SaaS experience
- Have SQL skills and Data Analysis experience.
- Fluent English
Candidates should already have valid work permission for Portugal.
