French speaking Customer Support Advisors – initially home based - 6 month contract initially

Job duties
As a customer support advisor, you are responsible for incoming calls or e-mails / chats with questions about the online shop. You handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service.
Essential Experience
• You have at least a completed MBO background, HBO in the direction of communication is an advantage
• You have at least 1 year of experience in the field of customer service, this can also be face-to-face.
• You are available 40 hours a week
• You are available full-time as well as in the evenings and in the weekends
• You have strong computer skills and good typing skills
• You have good communication skills, are well organized, accurate and professional
• You are enthusiastic, energetic, driven and dynamic
• Native and/or full professional proficiency of the French and English language
- 13 days full time paid training at home, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid/Work at home possible after training, on the condition that they will come to the office in case of performance/attendance issues
- 8 hours shifts schedule 4 weeks in advance, Monday-Saturday, from 9 AM to 9 PM
- Fixed Term contract of 27-weeks
- 1800 EUR gross p/m, with additions:
- 8% holiday allowance paid once a year
- Attendance bonus program, up to 700 EUR p/year
- Full travel compensation for people travelling from 10 km away
