€29,700.00-€33,600.00 per year
Due to expansion our client is recruiting for Technical Support Engineers for their Dublin office.
Candidates must already be based in the Dublin area and have work permission for the Republic of Ireland.
Job Duties:
Responsible for resolving technical queries using a knowledge base to find the appropriate answer and then sending this both in the native language and in English, working with consumers, B2B clients, partners and internal clients by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems via chat, email or phone channels.
Accountable for closing escalated customer inquiries, assist users in complex account recovery issues and complex payment issues.
• Resolving technical issues;
• Dealing with customers by email and live chat (there are no calls);
• Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Job Criteria
Native Level Italian and fluent English both written and spoken.
Technology savvy.
Excellent problem solver
