German Speaking Customer Support
Thessaloniki, Greece
Assisting customers by phone calls, emails and live chat about account queries.
Salary €1200 gross per month
There are 14 month salaries with this role.
Relocation – flight paid for and taxi pickup and first 2 weeks hotel accommodation provided free. Assistance also provided with finding longer term accommodation.
Candidates must speak native level German and English and have good general computer skills. 80% of the role is customer service and 20% of the role is light tech support. The role will involve working on behalf of one of the world leading manufacturer in high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment
They will assist customers with buying products, booking a service or ordering spare parts.
