Description

German Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Remote based anywhere in Portugal

Homebased in Portugal

Gross basic salary €15,400 per year + shift allowance + bonus of €200 a month + lunch allowance + life assurance and health insurance.

 

Job Duties:

To provide excellent customer service to customers of IT related products. Dealing with customers offering tech support to any issues they have. Escalating issues that they can’t solve to other departments.

Job Requirements

Fluent German and English

An interest in IT and a willingness to learn.

Full training is provided.

The Job Offer:

Base salary: 1100 euros/ gross/ month * 14 including language bonus

Lunch allowance: 6.85 euros/ net/ day

Life insurance & Health insurance

Project bonus: 200 euros/ gross/ month for 12 months
