Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisors
Lisbon, Portugal
€17880 – 20850 per year (including bonuses) + health insurance + relocation
Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting for Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisors.
This role will be work from home until beginning of January and then it will be office based (then it will likely be 3 days at home and 2 days in the office)
Job duties
Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role)
Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria
Fluent Danish and English.
At least 1 years customer service experience.
Good general IT skills.
Renumeration
€17,880 – 20,850 per year + health insurance + relocation
Laptop provided.
Relocation assistance – flight reimbursed and 10 nights accommodation provided.
