Description

French Speaking Technical Support

Athens, Greece

Salary Gross : €1150 per month + bonus up to 200€ + accommodation bonus of €100 for the first 12 months of the hiring date + flight paid and accommodation for first 2 weeks

Proficient Technical skills :

-          Advanced usage of OS MS Windows

-          Ability to use Internet applications

-          Advanced usage of MS Office

-          Advanced Knowledge of PC

-          Understanding Network Infrastructure

  • § Class / Mask, ICMP, TCP / UDP, Ports / Ports forwarding, IP layers, Routing, Subnets, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, DMZ, VPN, Hash
  • § Diagnostic tools (Ping, Telnet, arp, NetStat, NbtStat, Hostname, Tracert, IpConfig, NSLookup)

-          Fundamental Microsoft Servers

  • § Installing and Configuring Windows Server, User Policy / Rights, Group Policy (GPO), Group Organisation, Domain / Forest / Active Directory, Server Roles, Certificates, Logs (ie: event viewers), Dump files, Services

Working schedule : Monday-Friday, 10.00-19.00
