Job Description -

• Function under the overall guidance of the Project Manager and provide required support.
• Being the first point of contact for various project teams/stakeholders.
• Develop complete understanding of the given project scope & objectives.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and ensure all deliverables meet the set quality benchmarks and the project is delivered according to the schedule.
• Flag risks to the project manager in a timely manner.
• Organize and communicate efficiently with small and large groups of stakeholders over formal and informal meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Share relevant documentation and reports with the project teams in a timely manner.
• Critically evaluate and organize information in a structured format.

Skill Set -

• Bachelor’s degree
• Over all experience of 3 - 5 years, with 1-year experience as an IT Project Coordinator preferable
• Ability to function in tight deadlines.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication (verbal, written & presentation) skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation, reporting & coordination skills.
• Display flair for technology.
