Our client is recruiting for a German Speaking Recruitment Resourcer to join their team.
This role will involve working in a high volume environment, sourcing potential candidates, calling and emailing them to establish the candidate interest in the current vacancies.
Candidates must already be based in Germany and willing to move to Berlin and ideally speak fluent German and fluent English and have excellent administration skills.
Candidates should have some previous recruitment experience or strong cold calling experience as a lot of the work will involve outbound calling.
Laptop provided.
The role will initially be home based but must be office based when safe to return to the office.
