Homebased Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Advisors - 6 month contract initially
Amsterdam, Netherlands
€26,400 per year
Job Duties:
Providing customer service for one of the world’s largest social media companies assisting customers with their queries regards their advertising packages. This will be through inbound calls, emails, live chat.
- Advising on solutions to improve the customers advertising experience.
- You are able to manage all different types of inquiries generated via inbound activities such as chat, email and social media messenger
- You will demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide post-sales support.
Candidate Criteria
- Must have working experience in Digital Marketing
- Familiar with online advertising products/vendors
- Native level Hebrew and fluent English.
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Online Advertising Experience is desirable.
- Candidates need to have a quiet work space and good broadband.
- Laptop will be provided.
