Salary: €25.330 + up to 4.470,00 € gross/yearJoin an exciting project in Digital Marketing Ads, a tool reshaping how businesses grow. This role is built for someone who can navigate the German market, identify high-potential companies, and operate confidently in a tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
- Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database.
- Grow and strengthen the customer base.
- Log outbound call activity and customer responses with accuracy.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and active leads.
- Track competitor products and shape selling strategies accordingly.
- Address customer questions and needs with clarity and professionalism.
Requirements
- C2 German with strong English.
- 20 months sales experience preferred.
- Able to manage tasks independently and reach goals without heavy supervision.
- Strong CRM experience and comfortable using CRM tools to improve engagement and sales results.
- Clear communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and achieving shared targets.
- Confident presenting both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Able to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business settings.
- Skilled in competitor analysis and offering insights for strategic decisions.
