- Description
Swedish Speaking Customer Service - Office based OR remote in Greece if already has worked in Greece.
- C2 Swedish & C1 English (Written & verbal) – Will take calls also in English
- Training & tools are in English
- Contract: unlimited
- Channel: Phone & Email
- Operating hours Swedish: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 19:15
- Salary Swedish: 1300 gross (950 + 350 language allowance)
- Performance bonus: Up to 10% according to your performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)
- Private Medical insurance (Generali)
- 5 euros per working day (Up Hellas Card)
Relocation assistance provided
Candidates should have some customer service experience.
Role Overview:
Working on behalf of a leading Telecommunications company, need be able to provide birth certificate.
