Norwegian Speaking Quality Analyst – Content & Ad Review – 1 year contract

 Lisburn, Portugal

Salary base: €1550 – 1650 per month

Team: Digital Content & Advertising Quality


 About the Role

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of advertising content across various media formats—including audio, video, text, and photos. You'll evaluate user-generated content within the Ads ecosystem to ensure alignment with internal standards and client-provided guidelines.

Your goal is to help ensure the integrity and performance of Ads campaigns by rating content and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Evaluation & Rating
    • Review and rate diverse content formats (audio, video, text, images), including potentially sensitive or mildly egregious material.
    • Assess Ads content for accuracy, factuality, relevance, precision, and helpfulness.
    • Provide written justifications for decisions, clearly aligning with client guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure digital marketing campaigns meet quality benchmarks and client expectations.
    • Monitor and audit ad content for compliance with policy and editorial standards.
  • Consistency & Documentation
    • Maintain consistent rating decisions across similar content types.
    • Participate in calibration sessions and internal training to stay updated on policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Support other ongoing projects beyond your primary assignment, as needed.
    • Contribute to prompt rewriting and content refinement for better clarity and impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Native level Norwegian
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms or digital content guidelines
  • Comfortable working with sensitive or nuanced content in a professional, unbiased manner
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting rationale and decisions
  • Flexible, collaborative, and eager to contribute across multiple teams and projects

 Growth & Impact

This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of content moderation and ad quality, gaining exposure to campaign optimization, client-facing standards, and digital advertising frameworks. You will directly influence the quality of ads that reach users, contributing to a safer and more effective digital experience.

Incentives to attract candidates: 1 year of contract, we'll provide transport allowance or shuttle, it's a new team - candidates will have the chance to grow, a good environment to work.

Working Hours

Work shift Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM.

Experience required

 Content Moderators, Content Reviewers etc.. Experience in BPO is desirable.

Process:  Candidates must be local as interviews take place at the client’s site in Lisbon
