Description

French Speaking Customer Service - office based in Kallithea

Athen, Greece

The monthly gross salary is €1,430 and a production bonus: up to €120per month

Flight paid, airport pickup and 2 weeks hotel accommodation.

  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience required.

  • Minimum 2 years of financial services experience recommended

 

Working on behalf of one of the world's largest and renowned financial services cards.

  

Role Overview:

Agents respond to phone and email and messages from customers with inquiries about account, existing reservations, payments, complaints

Skills Required

C2 French and B2 English

Good general computing skills

Candidates must have an EU passport OR Greek work permission already granted.
