Dutch Speaking Customer Service _ Remote in Greece only Athens, Greece
The monthly gross salary is €1,300 and a production bonus: up to €150 per month
Flight paid, airport pickup and 2 weeks hotel accommodation.
Candidates should have at least 6 months customer service experience.
Training and nestling on site in Athens, Greece.
Role Overview:
You will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the UK and Ireland, covering sales, aftersales, product inquiries, delivery questions, and other issues related to the client's sales platform. This is primarily a customer service role, with elements of sales and technical support.
You’ll use a range of internet-based applications and a virtual desktop (VDI) to assist customers. To familiarize yourself with the products, you'll have access to a full setup in the on-site Lab.
If an issue cannot be resolved directly, it will be escalated to the client.
Initially, the role will focus exclusively on Voice support.Skills Required
