German Speaking Quality Analysts – Office based

Lisbon, Portugal

€21,000 per year gross

Due to expansion our client is recruiting for German speaking Quality Analysts for their office based roles in Lisbon.

Candidates must already be based in Lisbon to attend assessment centre and the role starts asap.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of data

Manage clients and distribution of training information, quality and improvement reports, ensuring compliance at all times.

Ensure call quality is adhered to and calls resolved to customer satisfaction.

Experience required

Native level German and fluent English

6 months customer service experience
