Norwegian Speaking Team Manager

Athens, Greece

 

€1500 per month

 

Candidates must speak fluent Norwegian & English (Written & verbal)

  • Contract: unlimited
  • Operating hours: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (If night shifts are not at times where transportation is opened we will support, if it is 11:00-06:00 transportation will be available)
  • Salary Swedish: 1500 gross (1150 + 350 language allowance)
  • Performance bonus: Up to 10% according to your performance and KPI’s per month after the first 3 months (to be paid on the 4th month)
  • Gross retention bonus: 1000€ (every 3 months with low absenteeism)
  • Private Medical insurance (Generali) from the Hire date
  • 5 euros per working day (Up Hellas Card)
  • Night shift includes extra payment.
  • Office based ONLY
