Hungarian Speaking Customer Service
Home based anywhere in Greece, we also have office based roles
€1045 per month gross + up to €200 a month bomus + relocation (flight paid + first 2 weeks accommodation)
Our client is recruiting Hungarian Customer Service Advisors
Job Duties
- Providing support to bon behalf of one of the world's large4st phone companies, helping to find solutions and emailing the customer solving the issue.
- Previous customer service experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Interest in smart phones and tablets
- Excellent written skills in Hungarian and English
Essential Skills
- Must be bilingual in Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) speaking and writing
- Team player and good communication skills, written and orally
- Some customer service experience and good general IT skills ie MS Office etc.
