Candidates should speak native German and fluent English.

We are looking for a Technical Support Advisors to work for a well known American corporation which provides hardware (smart phone and tablets)/ software product services.

Job Duties

-Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone

-Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge

-Handling effectively all incoming incidents

-Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Job Conditions:

-Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract

-Salary:

1) Fixed: 18.540 Euros gross year (base + language compensation)

2) Performance Bonus: 3.000 Euros gross/year

-Shifts: 12:00-21:00 or 13:00-21:00 Monday-Friday, on weekends: Shift 10:00-18:00

- Start date: Immediate

- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

Requirements

- German native level speaker with fluent English

- Great teammate

- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies

- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired

- Ability to operate in high pressure situations

- Good technical skills and knowledge preferable

- Excellent communication skills.
