Operations Manager – Call Centre
Bucharest, Romania (Can be office based or hybrid)
€5,000 gross per month + excellent benefits package.
Job Responsibilities
· Own the project operation team and the processes, policy, and the outcome of the moderation. The content moderation will cover all products and services of the product
· Liaising with internal and external stake holders
· Ensure KPIs of the business are met, carrying out regular business reviews.
Experience Required
· Have at least 5 years Operations experience in a BPO Call centre environment ideally involving content moderation.
· Have experience of managing operations in a multilingual team.
· Experience dealing with stakeholders to ensure client KPIs are met.
