Project Coordinator
Lisbon, Portugal
€26,000 per year – 6 – 12 month contract
Job Duties
Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly newsletters
Optimize self service content across CloudHub News
Work with leads to build an approvals and escalation process for self service models
Co-Develop and oversee and execute plan for internal communities
Minimum Qualifications
● 2-4 years of Content Creation or Curation experience
● 1-3 years of Community Management experience
● Experience in project management.
● Knowledge of mature and emerging platforms for content production, publishing and distribution (e.g.
experiential content creation platforms, podcasts, newsletters, social, etc).
● Experience working under daily deadline pressure.

● A strong work ethic with the ability to manage competing priorities/strategies and operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
● Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills that can create consensus from diverse perspectives.
● Ability to comfortably operate in ambiguity while managing multiple projects to completion
● Strong work ethic and commitment to learning.
